Cultivated at 1,900 meters in the sacred territory of Sogrome, high in Colombia’s Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, this specialty coffee is nourished by glacier-fed mountain springs and living syntropic soils. Co-created with Iku wisdom keepers, every harvest honors lunar cycles to capture peak natural sugars and botanical potency.

We merge Iku ancestral wisdom with the precision of syntropic agriculture and regeneration protocols. Together with Indigenous families, we cultivate food forests that plant water, expand biodiversity, and build crop resilience. Through bi-annual masterclasses, land stewards gather to master these integrated systems.
